Anyone in Carbon County seeking drug or alcohol treatment without the threat of arrest can do so through the collaborative Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative (LETI) between the District Attorney's Office

and the PA Office of the Attorney General. 

This initiative connects individuals who have contact with law enforcement to necessary treatment providers without criminal prosecution.
